ORDERING & PAYMENT
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our shop, select the product you’d like to purchase, and click the “Add to Cart” or “Buy Now” button. Follow the checkout process, complete your payment, and you’re done! For digital products, you’ll receive your download link instantly. For physical products, we’ll start crafting your item right away.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other payment methods available at checkout. If you purchase through Etsy or Ravelry, the payment options available on those platforms will apply.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Digital Products: Since files are delivered instantly, we cannot cancel or modify digital orders once the download link has been sent.
Physical Products: If your item has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an item has been shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
Do you offer gift cards?

DIGITAL PRODUCTS (PDF Crochet Patterns)
How will I receive my pattern after purchase?
After your payment is confirmed, you will receive a download link via email and/or through your account on our website. The pattern is a PDF file that you can save, print, and use anytime.
I didn’t receive my download link. What should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder. Make sure the email address you used at checkout is correct. If you still can’t find it, contact us with your order number and we will resend the file right away.
What do I need to open the pattern file?
Our patterns are in PDF format. You can open them using any free PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, or directly on your phone, tablet, or computer. Most modern devices open PDF files automatically.
What skill level are your patterns suitable for?
Each pattern listing includes the recommended skill level — beginner, intermediate, or advanced. Most of our patterns come with detailed step-by-step instructions and plenty of photos, making them accessible even for those who are relatively new to crochet. If you’re unsure, feel free to message us before purchasing!
Can I print the pattern?
Yes! Once you download the PDF, you are free to print it for your personal use as many times as you like.
Can I sell items I make from your patterns?
Yes, you are welcome to sell finished handmade items made from our patterns in small quantities (craft fairs, local markets, small online shops). We only ask that you credit TheCrochetMiNa as the pattern designer (e.g., “Made from a pattern by TheCrochetMiNa”). Mass production or commercial manufacturing is not permitted.
Can I share, copy, or resell the pattern itself?
No. Our patterns are for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, share, copy, publish, or translate the pattern in any form — whether free or paid, digital or print. Each purchase is for a single user. Please respect our work and copyright.
The pattern seems too difficult for me. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds based on difficulty level. However, we are always happy to help you through any tricky parts — just send us a message and we’ll guide you step by step!
I found an error in the pattern. What should I do?
We carefully test all patterns before publishing, but mistakes can happen. If you spot an error, please contact us and we will send you a corrected version as soon as possible. Your feedback helps us improve!
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (Handmade Crochet Items)
Are your physical products handmade?
Yes! Every physical item is 100% handmade by hand with love and care. Because of this, slight variations in color, size, or appearance may occur between items. These small differences are what make each piece unique and special.
How long does it take to make my order?
Standard items take approximately 5–7 business days to craft. Custom or personalized orders may take 7–14 business days. During busy seasons (holidays, sale events), processing times may be slightly longer. We will always keep you updated if there are any delays.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes! We love creating custom pieces. If you have a specific color, size, or design in mind, send us a message and we’ll discuss the details, timeline, and pricing. Please note that custom orders may require additional processing time and are non-refundable.
The product looks slightly different from the photo. Is this normal?
Yes, this is completely normal for handmade items. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, and minor variations in size or stitching are a natural characteristic of handcrafted goods. We always strive to match the photos as closely as possible.
How should I care for my crochet item?
To keep your handmade crochet item in the best condition, we recommend hand washing gently in cold water with mild detergent, laying flat to dry (do not tumble dry or wring), and avoiding direct sunlight for extended periods to prevent color fading. Specific care instructions may be included with your order if applicable.

How long does shipping take?
Digital Products: Instant delivery via email after payment.
Physical Products: Shipping times depend on your location. Domestic orders within Vietnam typically arrive within 3–5 business days. International orders may take 7–30 business days depending on the destination. Please refer to our Shipping Policy page for full details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship handmade items worldwide. Please note that international buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and size. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — follow us on social media to stay updated!
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, for most shipping methods you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Please note that tracking may not be available for all destinations or shipping options.
My package hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?
First, check your tracking information for the latest update. International orders may take longer due to customs processing. If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us and we will investigate with the shipping carrier.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Can I get a refund on a digital product?
All digital sales are final. However, we may issue a refund if you accidentally purchased a duplicate, received a defective or corrupted file, or received the wrong product. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase. See our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.
Can I return a physical product?
Yes, under certain conditions. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We’re so sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear in your account.
